- After high school, what did you do, where did you go? I attended St Norbert College in De Pere, WI. I graduated May 2020 with a double major in Communications with the focus of Interpersonal Comm and Psychology with a certificate in Spanish. During that time I also traveled internationally the first semester of my first year and my senior. Traveling nationally within the country and to Guatemala my first year. The first semester of my senior year I attended Bond University in Australia ?? for the entire semester.
- What are you doing now? I work for Cuddeback Digital - a high end trail camera company. I work within the customer service department and am currently expanding opportunities to learn more. My boyfriend and I recently made the decision to make the Green Bay area our home when we purchased a home in January of 2022. We are now busy make our new place HOME!
- What is your fondest memory from Granton School? I will always enjoy the educators from Granton. It’s because of the lower students to teacher ratio that I received a stellar education. I also chose my college/education path based on my experience from high school.
- What do you think were some of your greatest accomplishments during your time at Granton School? I would consider my involvement with FFA, various other clubs, and sports helped mold a better individual. I would also consider learning how to prioritize my time with all extracurricular stuff and academics prepared me for the future.
- Which teacher left the biggest impact on your life and why? There are quite a few names that come to mind - all educators that I had time with left a lasting impact. However, I would have to say Sara Koller left a huge impact on me. I walked into her science/math classroom with an absolute distaste for math. She continued to help me and push me to work through all the frustration. She made the classroom experience for both subjects better.
- If you could give one piece of advice to our current students, what advice would that be? Always shoot farther than you can see. No matter what the dream is there’s nothing that can get in you way unless you allow it to. Every small-town kid out there has the chance to see the world you just have to be brave enough to grasp every opportunity presented to you!
