The Granton School District believes that a successful education experience is determined by three key factors:
- Academic Performance
- Good Citizenship
- Good Attendance
In order to encourage responsibility in our students we have different academic support services in place to help students who are struggling.
Below is a list of services that are offered:
Discovery Block/Intervention (RtI) Time: During this time, if students are struggling in specific areas, teachers are able to give focused attention to students to help them better understand the lessons learned in class. This helps to keep all students on the same page when learning about new things. For students not in intervention time, they meet with a different teacher each day to learn about something new, from safety tips to the responsibility of being a pet owner. This gives students the opportunity to learn about something new, work together and think about learning in a different way. To learn more about Granton's RtI program, click here.
Title One: The Title I program is working hard to help increase student achievement and provide small group instruction for literacy and math. Our goal is to help students reach grade level expectations in reading and math while encouraging them to become lifelong learners. To find out more about Title One

We are very excited about these programs and how they can help impact our students' growth towards a successful educational experience within the Granton School District.
