When dropping students off at school, all students 4K-12 should be dropped off at the upstairs
When dropping students off at school, all students 4K-12 should be dropped off at the upstairs entrance, next to the principal's office. The doors next to the day-care are only to be used for dropping kids off in the day-care. When dropping students off upstairs, we ask that parents/guardians say goodbye to their students and drop them off outside of the building. Our staff will help ensure all students get to the correct locations.
Students who arrive before 7:30 are asked to either wait in the vestibule between the two sets of doors or wait outside. Starting at 7:30, students are allowed into the building and are to make their way to either the cafeteria or the central gym, as these are the locations which will have supervision. Students are welcome to drop off their things at their locker/cubby, but are not to go directly to their teacher's classroom. This time serves as an important opportunity for our teachers to prepare for the day.
Classrooms will be open to welcome students for the day starting at 7:50.
We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition to the school day. Please reach out to Principal Zahl with any questions you might have.
