Granton is my hometown and is the town I plan to grow old in. I graduated from Granton High school in 2002. I am a 2012 Graduate from UWSP with a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts. I completed my edTPA in the spring of 2020.
My husband and I bought a home in Granton in September of 2019 and did a full remodel down to the studs in most areas.
We have two dog babies Daisy and Duke and they are spoiled by my husband.
I enjoy taking photos in my spare time and hope to soon open a small studio at our new home. Right now I take outdoor photos for events, family portraits things like that.
I also enjoy spending as much time as possible with my family. I have three nieces and two nephews that I can't get enough of.
Since becoming a teacher at Granton School I have found the first job I love to wake up in the morning for. I have never been able to say that before. I feel I connect with my students and love to see their creativity come out with their projects.
