SUMMER OPEN GYM
WELCOME TO STUDENTS, FACULTY, AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS
*Beginning June 15th and ending July 31st*
First Session: 8:30am-11:30am
Second Session: 12:30pm-4:00pm
*Group Workout: 1:00pm-2:00pm
What: The gym will be open for all to play either basketball/volleyball, or any other activities the students would be open to. There will be a structured group workout program for students to follow at this time, from 1:00-2:00. The workouts will consist of cardio, weightlifting, and a variety of cross training workouts. The goal of these workouts is to help our student-athletes become bigger, faster and stronger.
What: The gym will be open for organized scrimmaging, either volleyball or basketball. There will be either one game going on the main court or two side games, depending on the numbers that show. The weight room will also be open for students to utilize, under supervision.
